HISTORY
Macera’s Restaurant is a longstanding establishment renowned for its regional Italian cuisine, and they have earned a loyal following for their acclaimed soups and sauces. Quite simply, one cannot fully claim the Rhode Island experience without enjoying a Del’s Lemonade, Haven Brothers wieners, and, of course, Macera’s signature soups and sauces.
IDENTIFIED TWO CRITICAL CHALLENGES
While Macera’s move represented a significant opportunity for growth, David and his daughter identified two critical challenges: (1) ensuring the relocation is clearly communicated to existing and new customers, and (2) modernizing the restaurant’s digital presence.
